Shop & Establishment Registration
: -
Shop and establishment registration is mandatory for every shop, factory,
business unit. All firms even companies are also required to become registered
as per shop & establishment act and factories act.
Udhog Aadhaar Registration: -
Udhog
aadhaar registration is also mandatory for micro, small and medium size enterprises. If you have
proprietorship and partnership firm can be opt for registering themselves in Udhog Aadhaar registration. The registration is optional but can be mandatory for
availing benefit to business from Government.
Goods and Service Tax Registration :

Goods and Service tax (GST) registration is also mandatory for those who are
selling and service providing which are liable for payment of goods and service
tax as per Goods & Service Tax Act. A Business Entity having turnover
exceeding ₹20,00,000 or more are mandatory for
register in GST Act.
Partnership Firm registration :-
In Partnership business, two or more persons are doing business
jointly and the name under which their business is carried on is called
the partnership firm name. Every
partnership is liable to be registered with the partnership deed.
Company Registration : -
As
per Companies Act 2013, every company which is doing business in India or
existing in India, become to be registered with the Registrar of Companies
(ROC) of Ministry of corporate affairs (MCA). There many and different types of
formalities for registration as a company.
